Vedic Literature

Vedic Literature consists of Ashtaadasa Vidyas (18 branches of knowledge).
It consists of four vedas, six vedangas, four upavedas and four upangas.
Vedas
Rig, Yajus, Sama, Atharvana

Vedangas
Siksha, Vyakarana, Chandas, Nirukta, Jyotisha, Kalpa

Upa Vedas
Ayurveda, Dhanurveda, Gandharva Veda, Artha Veda

Upangas
Mimamsa, Nyaya, Purana, Dharma Sastra
